Probe Immigration Consulting Inc. seeks two caseworkers for files spanning LMIAs, work permits, provincial nominees, sponsorships, refugee matters, and Federal Court work. Under direction from an RCIC-IRB, you will assemble accurate packages, communicate with clients, and support procedural fairness responses, refusals, and tribunal files. Students and graduates of the Queen’s Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and review client documents for completeness
- Prepare LMIA, work permit, and immigration application packages




- Draft client correspondence and submissions for RCIC review
- Monitor deadlines, expiry dates, and required extensions
- Follow up on pending applications and update records

Requirements:

- One year of hands-on Canadian immigration file experience
- Knowledge of IRCC portals and current program requirements
- Excellent written English with robust detail awareness
- Calm organization and ownership of deadlines
- Punjabi or Hindi language skills are an asset
