Support financial statement preparation and client administration onsite five days weekly as a Senior Administrative Assistant with Doane Grant Thornton. Your accuracy and organization matter.

This senior administrative position supports External Client Services across the Business Unit, Office, and Service line. You will prepare client deliverables, manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 data, and coordinate administrative needs. The work includes financial statements, tax filings, billing, correspondence, and confidential files.

Key Responsibilities:

- Format and assemble financial statements to Firm standards
- Manage client data, jobs, files, and archives in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- E-file tax returns and documents to CRA before deadlines
- Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals,



and other documents
- Coordinate billing, calendars, travel, expenses, and communications

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in a professional services workplace
- Knowledge of Caseware, Keystone, or similar software
- Experience preparing financial statements and using Taxprep
- Strong Microsoft applications knowledge and communication skills
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
