As a Registry Clerk, you are a collaborator who is always willing to step up to get the job done, and someone who thrives in a role where customer focus is essential. You are a people person who excels at creating positive experiences for our customers and staff members. You bring hands-on knowledge of registry processes and use it to deliver timely, effective service. You are reliable and work well with our team to get the job done.

We will build on your registry experience with the resources and training you need to respond confidently to a wide range of registry and customer inquiries.



You'll join our team of Registry Clerks who ensure accurate and timely processing of registry procedures and service transactions.

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Alberta registry
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and provide solutions to customer needs
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident user of the Microsoft suite of products
- Insurance experience is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work well within a team and independently
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays if needed
- Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to provide an updated Police Information Check
