Operate mill processing circuits at Coeur Mining’s Rainy River mine on a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule of rotating days and nights. Apply mechanical aptitude and process-control knowledge.

As a Mill Operator, you will support protected, efficient processing across assigned mill areas. The work includes Crushing, Grinding, Leaching, Elution, Reagents, Detox, Tailings, and the Control Room. Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, you will monitor conditions, respond to issues, and support consistent production through established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate assigned processing plant circuits safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment and operating conditions across mill areas
- Inspect circuits and address operational issues promptly




- Report unsafe conditions immediately to the Mill Supervisor
- Maintain clean, safe, orderly work areas

Requirements:

- Three or more years in a milling environment
- Experience operating Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, CND, and Tailings circuits
- Knowledge of DeltaV or comparable process control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
