About the Role
Dr. Biljana Kostovic is looking for a reliable, clinically minded International Medical Graduate (IMG) to support her pain medicine practice at the Neupath Centre in Brampton. This is one day a week. You’ll work directly with Dr. Kostovic to keep the clinic day running smoothly and give patients a well-prepared, organized visit. Responsibilities
- Take histories and pain assessments before the physician sees patients
- Do examinations
- Prepare and update charts in TELUS Health EMR, including encounter notes, medication lists, and imaging/lab results
- Help with procedures and injections as directed by the physician (setup, positioning, aftercare instructions)
- Draft referral letters, requisitions, and consult notes for physician review
- Coordinate follow-up appointments, diagnostic imaging, and specialist referrals
- Keep patient documentation confidential and accurate, in line with PHIPA Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized international institution
- Hands-on experience with TELUS Health EMR (PS Suite or Med Access)
- Working knowledge of Ontario clinical workflows,



including OHIP billing, requisitions, and referral processes
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Professional, empathetic communication with patients
- Available every Wednesday, 10 AM – 5 PM Assets
- Experience in pain medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, or interventional procedures
- Working toward Canadian licensure (MCCQE, NAC, or similar)
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, or another language spoken in the Brampton community Why Join Us

Job Type
s: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
