Overview: The Host/Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns
- Process payments using cash, card, or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and front-of-house areas
