- Rate: CAD $70-$90 per hour (depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing As a Business Analyst, you will work within Agile delivery teams to support product development, business process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Gathering, documenting, analysing, and validating business requirements
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops, meetings, and discovery sessions
- Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Collaborating with Product Owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders
- Managing and maintaining work items in Azure DevOps
- Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies
- Assisting with testing, validation,



and production support activities
- Monitoring project progress and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Helping ensure effective communication between technical and business teams Required Qualifications To be considered, you should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience supporting software development and technology delivery projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Highly Desirable Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Microservices Architecture
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Microsoft Azure cloud environments
