Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality, food service, and delivering memorable dining experiences. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. - Experience with POS systems, particularly Toast POS preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures




- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food industry standards, including serving, food preparation, and restaurant operations
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities
