Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Security & Property Attendant. This unique role combines overnight property security, janitorial duties, and general facility maintenance. The successful candidate will help ensure our retreat remains clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for guests throughout the night. Working independently, you will be responsible for completing nightly cleaning and maintenance checklists, monitoring the property, ensuring guests follow retreat policies, and overseeing the proper closing of our amenities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong sense of responsibility, and understands the importance of maintaining a peaceful and safe environment for our guests. Shift Times
- 7PM-6AM & 7PM-3AM Overnight Security & Guest Services
- Conduct regular property patrols and ensure the safety and security of the retreat.
- Perform nightly noise checks and ensure quiet hours and property rules are respected.
- Monitor guest activity and professionally address concerns or policy violations.
- Ensure all amenities are properly closed and secured at designated times.
- Remain alert and available for overnight guest concerns and on-call situations.
- Identify and report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or property issues to management. Facility Cleaning & Maintenance
- Perform regular inspections of bathrooms, showers, change rooms, and hallways.
- Restock bathroom supplies and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum hallways, and clean common areas as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and shared facilities.
- Empty garbage and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as required.
- Identify maintenance needs, potential hazards, and areas requiring attention.




- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Amenity Checks & Closing Procedures
- Complete regular checks of the pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna.
- Ensure all amenities are properly shut down and secured at closing time.
- Turn off heating and cooling units during designated periods when not in use.
- Ensure all common areas are left clean, organized, and ready for the following day. Laundry & General Duties
- Sort, wash, dry, and cycle laundry throughout the evening as needed.
- Complete nightly cleaning and property maintenance checklists.
- Assist with additional cleaning and facility projects as assigned by management. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
- Observant, attentive, and able to remain alert throughout the shift.
- Professional and confident when communicating with guests and enforcing property policies.
- Calm, respectful, and capable of handling guest concerns or unexpected situations.
- Experienced with basic cleaning, janitorial, and general maintenance duties.
- Organized and able to follow checklists and established procedures.
- Able to recognize potential safety concerns and communicate issues promptly. *Previous experience in hospitality, security, property maintenance, or janitorial work is an asset.
