General Duties
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with Dispatchers, Customers, Emergency Services, Auto Clubs and Repair facilities
- Complete Towing Invoices
- Collect Payment from Customers
- Provide Recovery Support if required
- Basic Knowledge of the Repair & Lien Storage Act
- Write up reports for invoicing or court if required
- Observe and obey all road side rules
- Towing & Recovery of Vehicles
- Boosts
- Unlocks
- Tire Changes
- Ensure that your truck is clean
- Ensuring your truck is fueled at the end of your shift
- Other duties as required Responsibilities
- Current Valid Tow Driver Certificate
- Preform all assigned calls in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a Valid DZ license
- Current clean Criminal record check
- Current drivers abstract
- Ability to multi task in a high pace stressful environment
