Support employment pathways as an EmploymentWorks Mentor with person-centered planning and onsite mentoring for participants in Partners in Employment programs.
SaskAbilities seeks a Mentor to address employment barriers through individualized support. You will develop employability skills, assist with community employment, and monitor participant progress. The work includes accommodations, communication, self-management, and behavioral support strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop person-centered plans focused on employability skills
Provide employment skill development for community employment
Mentor participants onsite in community workplaces
Monitor progress and implement individualized accommodations




Collaborate with supervisors on participant targets and objectives
Requirements: Disability Support Worker or Rehabilitation Worker Certificate
Two to three years’ Human Services Field experience
Experience supporting individuals experiencing disability preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Driver’s license and personal vehicle access
Bring person-centered planning, employment skills development, and participant mentoring to SaskAbilities’ Partners in Employment programs.
