Taymax Group seeks an Assistant Manager for its Woodbridge club. You will support the Club Manager, help build a positive team atmosphere, and contribute to a financially successful club. The role combines staff development, front desk leadership, scheduling, and member support.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing club staff
Schedule and supervise staff to maintain shift coverage
Greet members, answer phones, and facilitate member requests
Check members in, tour prospects, and support recent sign-ups
Monitor cleanliness, safety, maintenance, supplies,



and club reports
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
One to two years customer service experience preferred
Current CPR certification and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong customer service, problem resolution, and listening skills
Valid driver's licence, acceptable record, and reliable transportation
Bring supervisory judgment, customer care, and fitness-club operations experience to the Assistant Manager team in Woodbridge.
