ATB Financial seeks an Everyday Banking Advisor passionate about understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will support personal and business clients with banking products, investments, credit cards, and less complex lending options. Relationship building, sales, referrals, and digital guidance are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
Identify referral opportunities within ATB’s full service offering




Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
Protect client information while managing risk and compliance
Requirements: Two to four years creating remarkable client experiences
One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
Passion for sales, relationship building, and relationship management
Post-secondary finance or business administration education, or relevant experience
Experience with lending products considered an asset
Bring relationship management, financial product knowledge, and client-focused sales skills to ATB’s Everyday Banking Advisor team.
