As Location Manager, you will manage operations and administration at Summit Kids St. Jerome campus. You will oversee licensing compliance, staff, programming, finances, and relationships with families and the community. Your leadership supports Summit standards and exceptional experiences for staff and families.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and Summit regulations
Implement the approved Child Care Licensing Program Plan
Train, mentor, manage, and coach reporting team members




Manage staff schedules and labour budgets effectively
Design and submit age-appropriate programming for approval
Requirements: Valid Alberta ECE Level 2 or 3 certification
Valid Standard First Aid Level B or C certification
Recent vulnerable sector criminal record check
Solid interpersonal skills with multicultural families
Organized, detail-oriented, and effective time management
