Key Responsibilities: Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment
Recruit, train, mentor, and support hourly staff
Review costs, inventory, revenues, and accounting tasks
Requirements: Five years restaurant management experience within ten years
Secondary school certificate or equivalent
FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred
Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
POS, Windows 11, and MS365 Business proficiency
