Support healthcare logistics through shipment preparation, regulated packaging, and client service with Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
As a Service Associate, you will support Marken operations across healthcare supply chain services and logistics. The work combines process improvement, inventory organization, shipment handling, and communication with internal and external clients. You will also apply IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods, while using proprietary software, Internet, and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare shipments according to Special Instructions and required specifications
Complete Credo, Bio box, and Dry Vapor packaging
Load, unload, scan, and expedite shipments




Organize inventory and maintain storage areas
Supervise third parties and report warehousing effectiveness
Requirements: Experience in healthcare supply chain, services, and logistics
Process improvement, planning, and execution skills
Working knowledge of IATA and Dangerous Goods regulations
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
U.S. work authorization and weekend availability required
Bring regulated shipping, logistics coordination, and client communication skills to Marken’s healthcare service operations within UPS Healthcare.
