Working with the Home Manager and community teams, you will respect individual cultures, abilities, hobbies, and choices. You will contribute to a supportive, caring setting where residents retain dignity and individuality.
Key Responsibilities: Help residents engage and socialise within the home
Develop activities respecting diversity and inclusion
Encourage relatives and friends to participate
Assist innovative fundraising initiatives for resident activities
Support budgeting for entertainment, materials, and outings
Requirements: Caring nature and personal approach to everyone
Ability to work well under pressure
