As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also involves resolving concerns and supporting branch objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions

Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Provide clear, courteous customer guidance and service
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust organization, planning, administration, and time management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, adaptable communicator with customer experience skills
