Work averages 40 hours weekly, with overtime paid at time and a half.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare breakfast items according to recipes and company standards
Present food attractively while meeting quality standards
Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment




Monitor inventory and report low supplies
Assist First Cook with ordering and inventory counts
Requirements: Minimum three years of experience as a Cook
British Columbia Food Safety certification throughout employment
Comfort using kitchen equipment and knives
Organizational and time management skills in industrial kitchens
Ability to work night shifts and multiple rotations
