Queen King Dental is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, family-owned dental practice in downtown Hamilton.

What You'll Do: Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
Discuss fees, insurance coverage, and payment arrangements.
Follow up with patients to help them move forward with recommended treatment.
Coordinate appointments and maintain productive schedules.




Build trusting relationships with patients and support our clinical team.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in dental treatment coordination or dental administration.
Strong Dentrix skills.
Confidence discussing treatment costs and financial options.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for patient care.
