As Wine Bar Manager at Somewhere Inn Collingwood, you run the room during nights and weekends. You oversee the wine program alongside Gibson & Co, order beer, spirits, and minibar stock, and guide the serving and front desk teams. You also manage beverage service for retreats, offsites, celebrations, and group stays while tracking costs and inventory.
Key Responsibilities: Own nightly service standards and close the bar
Lead servers during busy shifts and work solo
Build beverage packages for hosted events

Requirements: Bar experience with team leadership or room management
Smart Serve certification before the first shift
