South Country Co-op seeks a customer-focused supervisor reporting to the Gas Bar/C-Store Manager. You will support daily operations while assisting with sales, inventory control, merchandising, administration, and Gas Bar standards. The position also includes Gas Bar Attendant duties.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily Gas Bar operations alongside the manager
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and shipment receiving
Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
Support training, stocking, merchandising, and site cleanliness
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail experience
Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 occasionally
Microsoft Office, numeracy, communication, and organizational skills
