This Compliance Specialist coordinates inventory, records, sampling, and shipment preparation with Post-Harvest, Quality, and Logistics. The work includes weighing cannabis material, recording data, managing retain samples, and verifying labels. You will follow and train employees on Standard Operating Procedures while supporting product quality.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain product and retain-sample inventory
Complete Elevated Signals seed-to-sale reporting
Weigh and record cannabis materials and waste
Create shipping work orders, manifests,



and inventory movements
Prepare analytical samples and shipment documentation
Requirements: Required inventory and compliance experience
Experience training others on Standard Operating Procedures
Attention to detail and data management experience
Robust organizational and time management abilities
Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
