Mint People seeks enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Event Assistants for Candlelight Concerts, The Jazz Room, An Idiot’s Guide to Wine, and The Jury Experience. You will help deliver smooth guest experiences while supporting event preparation and closure. Experience is not essential, but confidence speaking with people matters.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare event spaces before doors open
Scan tickets and greet arriving guests
Provide directions and answer guest questions
Help dismantle event setups after events
Create a warm, seamless guest atmosphere
Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming approach
Natural enthusiasm for helping guests feel at ease
Reliable and helpful attitude
Confidence speaking with people
