Full-time | $20–$25 per hour | Monday–Friday — No weekends Goodwill’s Used Cars is looking for an organized, dependable Service & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service, service scheduling, and inventory administration to help keep our shop and dealership running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Answer service phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Book appointments and keep the service schedule organized.
- Prepare invoices, bill out customers, and process payments.
- Work closely with the shop foreman to coordinate shop workload and ensure technicians have consistent work.
- Communicate with customers about appointment details, service progress, and vehicle pickup.
- Manage dealership inventory listings and ensure vehicle information on our website is accurate and up to date.
- Upload and organize inventory photos online. What we’re looking for
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




- Friendly, qualified communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using computers, entering information, and managing online listings.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a busy dealership.
- A reliable team player who takes initiative and follows through.
- Previous dealership, automotive service, scheduling, or administrative experience is an asset.
