Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to St. Louis Bar & Grill standards.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night rushes.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and closing duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management. Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining food quality.
- Willingness to learn and follow established kitchen procedures.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
