Overview The Developmental Support Worker provides respectful, person-centred assistance with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks. The role supports individuals with disabilities to maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while helping create a safe, welcoming home environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with caregiving and senior care routines, adapting support to each person’s needs and preferences.
- Support meal preparation, cleaning, and home care tasks to maintain a comfortable living space.
- Provide dementia care and medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Communicate observations and relevant updates to colleagues to support consistent, coordinated care. Your impact: Thoughtful,

Experience Required: Practical caregiving skills, clear communication, attention to individual needs, and the ability to follow care plans while supporting daily activities safely and respectfully. Preferred: Assisted living experience, nursing home experience, senior care, experience working with individuals with disabilities, dementia care, medication administration, cleaning, meal preparation, or home care. Pay: $17.93-$29.30 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
