Overview The MEAT CLERK supports an organized, clean, and welcoming retail department. This role combines customer service and retail sales with product merchandising, cashiering, and routine department upkeep. Duties
- Assist customers with product questions, communicate clearly, and provide courteous service.
- Arrange and replenish merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and keep the department clean and orderly.
- Process purchases accurately at the register and support routine department maintenance.
- Use organizational skills to manage daily tasks; operate a forklift when needed and authorized. Experience Required: Explicit communication, customer service, organization, and the ability to handle retail sales, cashiering,



merchandising, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks reliably. Practical attention to cleanliness and orderly product presentation supports a safe, inviting department. Preferred: Previous retail or meat department experience, bilingual communication skills, and familiarity with forklift operation are valuable strengths. Candidates who work well with customers and colleagues can contribute to a dependable shopping experience and an efficiently maintained department. Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
