Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flight reservations, ticketing, and itinerary planning.
- Provide excellent customer service and personalised travel recommendations.
- Use the Amadeus reservation system to make bookings and manage travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support before and after booking.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all travel bookings. Qualifications
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English communication skills are also required.
- TICO license is preferred.
- Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is required.
- Robust customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in travel industry is an asset.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
