This position involves greeting customers, looking up equipment parts, managing inventory, filling repair work orders and handling sales. Key Job Duties Greet customers at the counter and answer phone calls. Look up part numbers for mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws using diagrams and software. Sell parts and accessories to retail and shop mechanics. Check-in recent inventory and restock shelves. Process cash, debit, and credit card payments. Fill repairing work form. Basic knowledge of small engines and outdoor power equipment. Able to read machine part breakdown drawings. Good computer and data entry skills. Friendly customer service and communication style.
