- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy assistant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Kroll pharmacy software. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- French language skills are considered a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of pharmacy workflow and daily operations.
- Experience with prescription data entry, third-party insurance billing, prescription processing, and medication preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Iroquois Falls, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process prescriptions using Kroll.
- Perform third-party insurance adjudication and billing.
- Assist with prescription preparation, packaging, and dispensing workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient profiles and prescription records.
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations.




- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
