Role: Genesys platform tester Remote role As discussed, please find below JD for Genesys platform tester.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing API payloads in Postman
- Experience testing Genesys call flows from the Genesys UI perspective, rather than through phone calls
- Working/Testing knowledge of the Genesys UI, including checking call status, agent scripts, and secured messages
- Working/Testing knowledge of CRM integration to Genesys
- Working/Testing knowledge of chatbots and live-agent interactions
