- Night Shift* for our_ Plating department _to join our Circuits Toronto team.

FTG Aerospace has operations in Toronto, Ontario, Calgary, Alberta, Chatsworth, California and Tianjin, China. Shift Full-Time, Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm
- 7:00am. (Training will take place on the day shift Monday to Friday 7:00am
- 3:00pm) This is a temporary position with the possibility of leading to permanent.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, safety-minded Operator to join our team and play a key role in our daily operations. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for working in the*Plating Department (Manual and PAL line)*,



maintaining production standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This role will include:
- Manually submerge panels and/or operates repetitive plating and wet process machines to electroplate circuits onto panels.
- Perform manual operations including machine loading and board taping.
- Check levels of chemical baths and perform additions as directed.
- Perform preventative maintenance. What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Reliable with a solid work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail. Nice to Have
- Previous experience in manufacturing. Experience is printed circuit boards, would be an asset.
- Working knowledge of the wet process area.
