Job Summary The Handyman-Building Maintenance/Construction role supports safe, reliable building operations through hands-on maintenance, repairs, and construction work. You’ll respond to facility needs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate work with colleagues and building users. Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and work areas; identify maintenance needs and complete repairs or construction tasks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Document work orders and communicate progress and follow-up needs.
- Coordinate tasks Skills Required: Practical facilities maintenance and general maintenance capabilities, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to communicate in English and provide helpful customer service are key for completing repairs and responding to building needs. Preferred: electrical, plumbing, and general construction experience, your impact: Timely, well-documented work orders and time sheets Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Work
