As a Housing Adviser, you will manage complex caseloads and explore housing options under the Homelessness Reduction Act. You will provide advice, advocacy, negotiation, and mediation while assessing applications under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. The service supports priority and non-priority customers, private tenants, families, and single people requiring housing-related support.
