Sienna Senior Living seeks a Director of Resident Programs for an existing permanent full-time vacancy. You will develop inclusive activities, supervise program team members, manage budgets, and collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. The work supports residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive resident programs and activities
Tailor programming with residents, families, and team members
Train, supervise, and evaluate recreation staff and volunteers
Manage budgets, expenses, funding, and community partnerships




Evaluate programs and coordinate interdisciplinary care planning
Requirements: Post-secondary recreation, leisure, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology, or related credential
Three years’ management and program planning experience
Robust people management and delegation skills
Patient, understanding approach with residents and families
Organizational, time management, adaptability, and issue-resolution skills
