This maintenance qualified completes varied work across residential building systems and shared amenities. Daily duties include work orders, light plumbing, minor repairs, inspections, turnovers, and emergency calls. The position requires health, safety, and emergency procedure knowledge, plus independent and team-based work.
Key Responsibilities: Complete maintenance work orders with plumbing emphasis
Perform painting, drywall patching, and minor property repairs
Prepare suites through turnovers and appliance replacement
Inspect boiler, mechanical, fire, and life safety systems
Maintain amenities and respond to emergencies
Requirements: Experience repairing sinks, faucets, toilets, and P-traps
General knowledge of residential building systems
Painting and minor drywall experience considered an asset
Ability to bend, lift, and walk for extended periods
Basic maintenance tools, valid Class G license, and vehicle
