As Workforce Deployment Coordinator, you will act as the primary contact for the OPG Clearance Office and onboarding access requests. The position supports CanAtom’s RFBR work at Darlington and Pickering Nuclear Generating Stations. Responsibilities span employee, subcontractor, and potential new hire applications, identity verification, clearance reporting, dose history requests, and radiological access documentation. Collaboration with AtkinsRéalis, Aecon, and Training and Development teams is required.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as contact for OPG clearance applications and renewals
Issue compliance reports and monitor clearance completion




Obtain worker dose histories from National Dose Registry
Provide radiological access forms during current hire onboarding
Support training initiatives and visitor badging activities
Requirements: One to two years of administrative experience
Effective oral and written communication abilities
Ability to collaborate across teams and functional areas
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-oriented approach with sound decision-making skills
Support nuclear onboarding through OPG clearance expertise, access coordination, compliance reporting, and dependable cross-functional communication.
