Job Purpose:
The Brand Ambassador is the 'First Face' of the BMW 'brand experience'. This position represents the dealership supporting the Sales/Service department customer flow.

Job Duties:
Greet and direct customers to their ultimate destination and/or purpose for visit
Maintain appearance of the Sales and Service Customer Lounge throughout the day
Support the Sales team by guiding customers from the Service Showroom to the New Vehicle and/or Certified Pre-Owned Showroom
Support the Sales department with its customer flow




Engage with customers to provide overview of our services, new and upcoming external dealership activity related to the customer experience
Assist receptionist as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of related industry experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Professional appearance & friendly disposition
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadline
