As a Personal Support Worker reporting to an Associate Director of Care, you will support residents within Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team. The work includes understanding residents’ experiences, supporting family connections, and contributing to their daily health and well-being. You will follow individual plans of care while providing practical, cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
Support communication through glasses and hearing aids




Administer specific medications after prescribed training
Maintain access to walkers, canes, and call bells
Encourage participation in individual and group programs
Requirements: Complete an approved Personal Support Worker program
Internationally Educated Nurse with a nursing degree accepted
Provide bedside care and easy treatments proficiently
Use tact and diplomacy with residents and families
Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and work legally
Bring compassionate bedside care, daily living assistance, and resident-focused support to Sienna Senior Living in Elmira.
