Deliver person-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Vancouver, using clinical assessment and care coordination skills. This casual position is based at Arbutus Care Centre.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide goal-directed, patient-focused care according to provincial standards. The role includes resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will support dignity and well-being through responsive, compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Implement and evaluate care plans as required
Administer medications and treatments within regulations




Coordinate care with physicians and service providers
Respond to resident condition changes and emergencies
Requirements: Current provincial registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Senior care or long-term care experience preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
Vulnerable Sector Check completed or obtainable
Use clinical knowledge, communication, and care coordination skills to support residents at AgeCare’s Arbutus Care Centre.
