Farsi-speaking Personal Support Worker needed for casual, part time home care with Compass Homecare across the Greater Toronto Area. Deliver compassionate support.
Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, PSWs provide personal care in clients’ homes according to individualized care plans. Duties include daily living assistance, companionship, documentation, and communication with families and healthcare teams. Flexible scheduling covers mornings, days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Assist with activities of daily living
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
Document care using electronic charting systems




Monitor and report client health or environmental changes
Requirements: Fluent Farsi and strong English communication skills
Personal Support Worker certificate from recognized Ontario program
NACC certification for applicable private college graduates
Current CPR, First Aid, and Vulnerable Sector Check
Reliable transportation, mobile phone, and internet access
Support Compass Homecare clients with Farsi communication, personal care, documentation, and respectful home-based assistance.
