This Building Operator supports CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services function. The work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment support. You will follow defined procedures, track work orders, and help maintain efficient building systems.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building systems
Conduct inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
Assist with installing and modifying building equipment
Review work orders and track completion through available systems




Support productive operation through energy management
Requirements: Ability to follow defined procedures and processes
Ability to work under close supervision and guidance
Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
Ability to solve straightforward problems using existing procedures
Ability to inspect installations for code compliance and safety
Support CBRE facilities through preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and efficient operation of building systems.
