Support acute care clients with daily living assistance, documentation, and safe care during day and evening shifts. This position is full time.
The Health Care Aide works in the Acute department within Clinical Support. You will follow individualized care plans, communicate changes, and document observations. The position requires respectful, confidential service for a culturally diverse population.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with hygiene, elimination, mobility, meals, and feeding
Follow individualized care plans and report client changes
Document care, observations, measurements, and fluid balances
Apply safety measures, infection prevention, and hand hygiene
Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and client activities
Requirements: Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
Ability to respect confidentiality and cultural diversity
Bring dependable acute care support, clear communication, and careful documentation to clients receiving individualized health care services.
