The Overnight Front Desk Receptionist supports the Front Office Team during arrivals and departures. You will help create smooth guest experiences as the hotel’s first and last impression. Key Responsibilities: Support smooth guest arrivals and departures overnight
Welcome guests as the hotel’s first impression
Address guest comments, questions, suggestions, and concerns
Work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights
Requirements: One to two years of front desk experience
Luxury hotel guest service experience preferred
Proficiency in hotel property management systems
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
Ability to stand continuously and lift at least 25 pounds
