Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple full-time and part-time sales vacancies
Screen candidates professionally in English and French
Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Maintain accurate records in Taleo and Greenhouse
Requirements: Ideally, three years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Strong written and spoken English proficiency
Intermediate or higher spoken French proficiency
Recruitment lifecycle experience from sourcing through assessment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bring bilingual communication, sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination skills to support successful Canadian hiring across multiple requisitions.
