Pay: $30 to $35 per hour plus, depending on experience. ECO Windows is a commercial PVC window distributor supplying windows for commercial projects across North America for developers, general contractors and dealers. We are hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant with commercial construction billing experience. This role is for commercial projects only, not residential.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly pay applications (progress billings) for commercial construction projects through general contractor portals such as Textura, Procore, GCPay, Oracle and similar platforms
- Prepare, track and exchange conditional and unconditional lien waivers
- Prepare, file and track preliminary notices for each project
- Obtain, track and maintain certificates of insurance as required by each project and general contractor
- Track retainage,
follow up on past-due receivables and work with project managers to keep billings accurate and on time Required
experience:
- Construction pay applications through Textura, Procore, GCPay, Oracle or similar software
- Lien waivers
- Preliminary notices and filing them
- Certificates of insurance for projects and general contractors
