As a NAPA Auto Pro, we take pride in providing quality repairs, honest service, and a positive work environment. We believe that great customer service starts with a excellent team, and we're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a great attitude to work every day. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:
- Upbeat, outgoing, and naturally positive.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Experienced in automotive service advising or a similar customer-facing automotive role.
- A former automotive technician or apprentice who enjoys the automotive industry but no longer wants the physical demands of turning wrenches
- Comfortable communicating with customers and explaining recommended repairs.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Confident, professional, and able to build lasting customer relationships.
- A team player who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a supportive workplace.
- Comfortable talking about major vehicle systems and components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, cooling systems, electrical systems and drivetrains. What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and helping them with their vehicle service needs, while accurately documenting their needs.
- Building service orders,



ordering parts and coordinating vehicle repairs with technicians.
- Turning completed work orders into invoices for customers
- Communicating repair recommendations, estimates, and updates to customers.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers.
- Helping ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.
