- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
- Ensure responsible serving practices by monitoring guest alcohol consumption
- Comply with all food safety regulations and health guidelines related to food handling and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is required, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
