Leasing Agent – Full-Time Basepoint Real Estate Group Corp. | Vancouver, BC Compensation: Commission Only | Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,000–$100,000, based on leasing performance Position Type: Full-Time About Basepoint Basepoint Real Estate Group is a Vancouver-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential leasing and property management. We work with developers, institutional clients, and private property owners across Metro Vancouver. We are seeking a motivated Licensed Leasing Agent to join our growing team. Position Summary The Leasing Agent will manage the leasing process from initial inquiries and property showings through tenant screening and lease execution. This is a full-time, commission-only position with leasing opportunities provided by Basepoint. Candidates must be available to work assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, outside traditional 9-to-5 business hours. Reliable transportation between assigned properties throughout Metro Vancouver is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to rental inquiries, conduct property showings, and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Screen applicants, conduct credit and reference checks, and prepare tenancy agreements.
- Coordinate lease signing, deposits, and tenant move-ins.




- Assist with rental listings, marketing activities, and leasing reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed properly.
- Collaborate with leasing agents, property managers, and other team members.
- Follow brokerage policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements
- Active BC Rental Property Management or Trading Services Licence (required).
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (required) for travel between assigned properties.
- Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends (required).
- Previous residential leasing or real estate experience preferred.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software is an asset.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital leasing tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple assignments.
